The place was extremely nice and had a nice New York vibe to it. Location is fairly close to the main attractions. Uber to the location can be fairly costly from manhattan based on certain times. I recommend taking the train if possible. The host is very friendly and provided train routes to commute to different areas of New York City. We arrived during a heatwave and the AC in each room provided an extremely comfortable stay!

This Airbnb was the perfect area right outside the chaos of NYC. Not too far and close enough that the travel via public transportation was do-able for someone like me that doesn't pack lightly. Also to add it was easy enough for my sister to find after a *red eye* flight that same night I stayed and she was able to make it in time to come take a nap before heading back to the crazy city. Everything we needed was within less than half a mile walking distance food, an eyebrow threading place, a CVS, and a post office (which I needed to send back stuff I did not need due to me overpacking). Frank was awesome. Very responsive and so helpful with allowing my siblings & I to store our luggage while we grabbed breakfast + time to plan out our day. I would 100% recommend this over & over again. And I will check to see if this place is available the next time I come out :) I cant compliment this place enough. Beds are very comfy and place is very clean! 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Frank’s place is amazing. The location is perfect—very accessible, with many stores just outside, and the area feels very safe. Inside, the place has everything you need. It is very clean, the bed is comfortable, and the overall space is very cozy. Most importantly, Frank is an amazing host. He is very responsive and helpful—even very late at night, he was always there to help us. He is also very friendly and accommodating. I 100% recommend this place. ❤️

Great stay! Close to the city and dropping off our language early was a big help to us as we explored. We loved it and there late night restaurants that are very quick walk!

If I could give Frank 6 stars, I would! He was extremely helpful whenever I had questions, and was also very responsive. I never had to wait long to hear back from him, and he checked in with me often to make sure my stay was going well. The apartment was super cute and exactly what my friends and I needed for our weekend trip! I would highly recommend this stay and this host. Thanks again for everything, Frank!
