Frank’s place is amazing. The location is perfect—very accessible, with many stores just outside, and the area feels very safe. Inside, the place has everything you need. It is very clean, the bed is comfortable, and the overall space is very cozy.
Most importantly, Frank is an amazing host. He is very responsive and helpful—even very late at night, he was always there to help us. He is also very friendly and accommodating.
I 100% recommend this place. ❤️

If I could give Frank 6 stars, I would! He was extremely helpful whenever I had questions, and was also very responsive. I never had to wait long to hear back from him, and he checked in with me often to make sure my stay was going well. The apartment was super cute and exactly what my friends and I needed for our weekend trip! I would highly recommend this stay and this host. Thanks again for everything, Frank!

Frank’s place is exactly as described. Great place to stay if you are visiting NYC. Public transit is close by and takes you right into the city. Felt safe in the area even when walking back at night. Would definitely stay here again.
Frank provided a great bagel recommendation and answered questions quickly.
