This apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a classic NYC-style walk-up building (no elevator). Guests should be comfortable using stairs. Each room has its own split-unit AC and heating system with remote control for personalized comfort. Check-in is keyless via smart lock, and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival. This is a quiet residential building. Please respect neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. For safety and comfort: • Radiator covers are installed • Smart TVs and Alexa devices are connected to a guest-ready account • Security cameras monitor building common areas only (never inside the apartment) No parties or events. No smoking anywhere inside the unit. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property at any time. This home is not suitable for gatherings beyond the confirmed guest count. Tampering with smoke detectors, security devices, locks, or any safety equipment is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation of the reservation and removal from the property. Family and comfort items (crib, high chair, humidifier, bikes, beach gear, etc.) are available upon request — please notify us before arrival so we can prepare them for your stay.
